CONTINUED STANDBY NOTICE:
The National Hurricane Center has downgraded Tropical Storm Imelda to a Tropical Depression with continued weakening as time progresses. The projected path has tropical rains extending into North Texas Section, including the DFW area over the next 72 hours. Localized flooding can be expected. More details are provided in the 19-0029 September Severe Tropical Weather SITREP.
All District Emergency Coordinators, Emergency Coordinators are asked to keep their teams on Standby.
Texas Governor Abbot has ordered the Texas State Operations Center to Level III as of 08:00 17 September 2019 CDT.
