Happy New Year!

I expected December to be a quieter month given the holidays, but to my delight, we actually had the highest monthly traffic volume of the year with over 630 pieces of traffic, beating Field Day levels for the second month in a row! My thanks to all of our traffic handlers for helping keep our increased volumes moving quickly and efficiently!

As we enter 2021…

As we start into 2021, I am taking some time to look back at what we’ve accomplished last year, and also planning out projects and objectives for this year. The lessons learned during the DFW Metroplex NTS Functional Exercise is playing a significant role in laying out this direction, and if you haven’t already, I recommend checking out the After Action Report / Improvement Plan coming from this exercise.

I will have more to share with you about 2021 plans soon.
